Voucher FAQ
What can I redeem the voucher for?
For all TWENTYSEVEN events – afterwork and full-day trackdays, race car trackdays and coaching – and for renting cars: rental cars from our fleet as well as the laps in the BMW 325i and M3 E92. The recipient decides what for.
How do I redeem the voucher?
For anything you book online, enter the code at checkout in the “Discount code or gift card” field. Rental cars are booked via an enquiry – simply mention your voucher code there and we'll offset it against your quote.
Can the voucher be sent directly?
Yes. When buying, tick “Send directly to the recipient”, enter their email address and, if you like, a personal message and a send date – Christmas Eve, for example. Without the tick the code comes to you and you hand it over yourself.
What if the booking costs more than the voucher?
No problem: simply pay the difference at checkout. If the booking costs less, the remaining balance stays on the voucher and can be redeemed later.
Are higher amounts available?
Yes. Drop us a line and we'll create a voucher for the amount you want.
