Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
No Right of Withdrawal for Event Tickets
Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB), no statutory right of withdrawal applies to contracts for leisure events where the business commits to providing the service on a specific date or within a specific period.
Since our products are exclusively tickets for trackday events with a fixed event date, withdrawal or return after conclusion of the contract is generally excluded.
Event Cancellation by the Organizer
Should an event be cancelled or postponed by TWENTYSEVEN Trackdays, you will of course receive either:
- a free replacement date, or
- a full refund of the ticket price to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Issues with Your Booking
If, after purchase, you notice any irregularities in your booking confirmation (incorrect date, incorrect vehicle, erroneous personal details), please contact us immediately at pascal@27-automotive.de so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
