The circuit
The Cathedral of Speed.
The TT Circuit Assen lies in the province of Drenthe in the north of the Netherlands. The Dutch TT, the most traditional race in the motorcycle world championship, has been held in Assen since 1925 – it is no coincidence that the circuit is called the “Cathedral of Speed”.
Its 4.542 kilometres hold 18 corners: fast direction changes, long radii and a tight chicane before the finish line. The circuit is flat, but anything but easy. Once you find the flow here, you quickly understand why motorcyclists love this track.

Assen
Flat, fast and flowing. Assen demands precision in every corner – and rewards it with one of the finest laps in Europe.

We split the trackday into two groups: sports cars and race cars. That way each class gets the right rhythm, the right company on track and maximum track time – for a day and a half.

- All day Friday, Saturday until midday. Plenty of time on track – and by Saturday afternoon you are already heading home.
- Limited field size
- A maximum of 30 cars per group. More track time, less traffic.
- 1:1 instructor coaching
- Bookable on site on request – especially on a new circuit, the quickest route to a clean line.
- Photo content included
- Professional shots of your sessions are included in the price. Video on request.
- Garages available
- For one or both days – room for car, tools and team.
- Close to Germany
- From northern and western Germany you reach Assen faster than many German circuits.

Frequently asked questions
All about Assen

Yes. The circuit is flat and easy to read, and the run-off areas are generous. What makes Assen demanding are the fast direction changes – a 1:1 coaching session helps there.
Do I need a racing licence?
Not for the sports car group – a valid driving licence is enough. For the race car group a valid licence is required. If you do not have one yet, talk to us: our licence courses get you there quickly.
Which tyres are allowed?
In the sports car group only road-legal tyres are allowed, semi-slicks included. In the race car group slicks and race setups are permitted.
Which noise limit applies in Assen?
At our most recent trackdays in Assen the limit was 102 dB. That is stricter than at many other circuits. If you have a sports exhaust or drive a race car, please talk to us before booking.
Can I book a garage?
Yes, for one or both days. You can book the garage together with your place or add it later.
Can I bring a companion?
Yes. Register companions via our companion registration.

In Assen itself or in Groningen, just under half an hour away. After booking we send you our recommendations.
What happens in bad weather?
Trackdays take place in all weather – that is part of it. Only if conditions make a safe event impossible will we interrupt or postpone. In that case we inform you directly.
Do I get photos of my trackday?
Yes. Professional photos of your sessions are included in the price. Video can be added on request.
