What can I use the credit for?
For everything you book with us online: trackdays, coachings, rental cars and laps in the BMW. At checkout, choose “Apply store credit” – if it doesn't quite cover the total, you pay the rest as usual.
How do I get the club bonus?
If you're a Drivers Club member, we add a little extra to top-ups made until 31 Dec 2026: 5 % in Stage 1, 10 % in Stage 2 and 3. For example, top up €1,000 in Stage 2 and you get €1,100 in credit.
How long is my credit valid?
Your topped-up credit is valid for 3 years until the end of the year – for example, top up in October 2026 and you can use it until 31 Dec 2029. The club bonus is booked as a separate credit and is valid until 31 Dec 2027 – so you have the whole of next season.
Where can I see my credit balance?
On this page and in your customer account. You'll also see it at checkout once you're logged in.
Do I need to be logged in?
Yes. The credit belongs to your customer account – to top up and to redeem it, you need to be logged in with the same email address.
Can I have my credit paid out?
No, credit cannot be paid out in cash. You can use it for all bookings with us.
